Susan serves with Josiah Venture, whose goal is to mobilize the church in Eastern Europe to minister to their youth through evangelism and discipleship. Since the fall of communism in Eastern Europe, many young people have turned toward materialism, rather than God. To help the work of God in Poland, Susan is involved in training national youth leaders for youth ministry in their local churches, discipling youth leaders, leading evangelistic events, and facilitating a teenage and college girl's ministry. She also coordinates evangelistic camps in an effort to expose young people in Poland to the Gospel.
